Terms and Conditions (T&C)
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shops:
https://wellofbarakah.com and https://well-of-barakah.zbni.com.
Contracting party:
Well Of Barakah
2. Subject of the Contract
The subject of the contract is the individualized organization and documentation of well construction projects, initiated upon customer request. Delivery is exclusively digital and includes photos and videos documenting the construction and final result.
3. Order Process and Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in our online shop is not a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to place an order. By completing the checkout process, you submit a binding offer to enter into a contract. The contract is concluded upon our written confirmation via email.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are final prices in euros. No VAT is charged in accordance with the small business regulation (§ 19 UStG, if applicable). Payment is made by credit card or other payment methods offered in the shop.
5. Delivery / Shipping
There is no physical shipping. Upon completion of the well project, you will receive 60–80 photos and several videos documenting the process and final result, either by email or, if preferred, via WhatsApp.
Typical construction durations:
-
Asia: 3–6 weeks
-
Africa: Up to 90 days
6. Right of Withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal, as the service is custom-made based on your specifications (§ 312g (2) No. 1 BGB). By placing your order and approving the final design, you expressly agree that the right of withdrawal expires once production has begun.
7. Warranty
We offer a 5-year warranty for potential repairs on the well. After this period, repairs can still be arranged at your expense if needed. However, damage is extremely rare in practice.
8. Liability
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by force majeure or local conditions (e.g. weather, political instability, limited internet access).
9. Data Protection
Your data will only be used to process your order and will not be shared with third parties. For more information, please refer to our [Privacy Policy].
10. Final Provisions
The applicable law is that of the country in which the provider is based. The place of jurisdiction – where legally permitted – is the provider’s registered location.
