Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) days.

Exception to the Right of Withdrawal:
Please note that according to § 312g (2) No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual selection or customization by the consumer is essential, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

Since our products are made specifically according to your instructions (e.g. personalized with names, texts, or other individual elements), your right of withdrawal expires once production has begun.

By placing your order and approving the final design, you expressly agree that we may begin fulfilling the contract before the withdrawal period expires, and you acknowledge that this causes your right of withdrawal to be waived.
