Shipping Policy

Important Notice Regarding Delivery of Our Products:

Our products are not physical goods shipped to an address. Instead, once your project (e.g. well construction) is completed, you will receive full documentation in digital format.

What’s Included:
You will typically receive 60–80 photos and several videos of the completed well.

Delivery Method:
All media is delivered digitally, either:

  • By email to the address provided during checkout, or

  • Via WhatsApp, upon request

Delivery Time:
The time required to receive your media depends on the project location:

  • Wells in Asia: approx. 3–6 weeks

  • Wells in Africa: up to 90 days

Please note that in some cases, delays may occur due to high order volumes or limited internet access in remote areas.
We will keep you informed about the current status of your project.
